Nose: Plenty of oak influence with notes of prunes and soy sauce. Cocoa, espresso beans, almost a touch of anise.

Palate: Spices, black pepper, loads of tangy sherry, hints of turmeric and other spices. Then ground ginger, mixed peels, hints of marmalade.

Finish: Long, good oaky grip with a perfect balance of spice.

Nose: Fresh and fruity with fruit salad, berries, sultanas and some other dried fruit, vanilla, fragrant wood and honey.

Palate: Spicy and rounded with vanilla, blood orange and a little chocolate.

Finish: Medium-length, slightly bittersweet, oak, fruit and cocoa.

The nose is crisp and fresh. Gentle, weaving smoke whirls above apple peels and crisp pears. The palate is of medium-body and very crisp. There are notes of peels and cut orchard fruits, a little floral note and a subdued peat smoke. The finish is of good length with a little spicy sweetness and smoke.

Nose: Plenty of fruit notes - peach stands out in particular, ripe, vibrant and subtly floral. Then there's rich vanilla custard, peat smoke and a hint of nutmeg spice.

Palate: Oily and sweet, with peat smoke following swiftly afterwards. Light oak and developing fruit notes beneath.

Finish: Appealing oak lasts on the finish.

Finish: Medium length, with a hint of salty breeze lasting, a hallmark of the distillery.
